RPP #199: Paloqueth’s Moaning Porn Star Masturbator Cup

When I started doing these reviews, one of the things I promised myself was to only review products that I was interested in reviewing – regardless if they are submitted for review by a company or I purchased them. When I received an invitation from Paloqueth to review three of their products I was honored – hey, I am a blip on the Internet after all – and kind of surprised because most of their products are directed towards the female population.

Within their catalog I noticed three products of interest: their Moaning Masturbation Sleeve, the Anal Pleasure Kit, and their Vibrating Prostate Massager. They quickly sent them to my address and during the past months I have been playing with them to bring you their reviews.

Today’s review is for the most “traditional” of the products, the Moaning Masturbation Cup. This seems your typical masturbation sleeve with vibration, but, is it really a typical sleeve? Lets go to the review to find the answer!

First Impressions

As mentioned before, on the website, the sleeve seems to be your typical Chinese manufactured TPE sleeve with vibration and moaning sounds. My previous experiences with similar products has been, lets say, annoying. Usually, the moaning is a high pitched Asian sound, which quickly becomes more irritating than exciting, and the vibration is a bullet that has to be set up before inserting it in a pocket in the sleeve and cannot be controlled once inside. Some text on the website gave me the impression this sleeve would at least allow me to control the vibration, so I requested it.

When I received the Moaning Cup, I noticed that the packaging had a higher quality than the one I expected. The brown box has some graphics on it telling you what is inside, but it is a lot more serious than the Japanese toys. Once opened, I got the toy inside a bag, a sample size lubricant, an USB charging cable, and a Paloqueth’s marketing booklet. Not bad.

The toy has a high quality feel – feels more expensive than its $34 listed price – with a textured plastic case to give a better grip, a nicely detailed orifice (female vulva), and easy to access control buttons on the lower part of the case. The operations promises to be simple and foolproof: one button to turn on and cycle the vibration patterns and another to turn on/off the moaning sound. At the bottom of the case you see the speaker holes and a covered charging port.

The vibration is provided by your typical bullet inside a pocket on the artificial vagina, this time controlled by the button on the case. The sleeve itself is a TPE closed sleeve with a realistic vulva and a nice feeling texture.

As recommended with any electric device, I charged it for a couple of hours before lubing the sleeve and giving it some real testing as only your pal El Casque can do!

Review

After two months using this toy, I will write about the separate components first – sleeve, vibration, and moaning – then, I will tell you about the total experience.

The sleeve by itself is good enough to justify the ticket price. It is a relatively large sleeve (close to eight inches long) with a closed end and a very tight entrance. The material is your typical TPE, but the formulation is good quality, giving you enough elasticity to accommodate most guys. The softness also helps the sensation, giving the texture a realistic feeling that works well by itself or with the added vibration.

The texture has a good balance of intensity and realism. Being a closed sleeve, the Moaning Cup creates a good suction and the case is light enough to not tire your hand while stroking. My sessions without vibration allowed me to build up my orgasm at will, including a couple of  marathon edging episodes. Orgasms were more than satisfactory, with the slow sessions producing those ejaculations you feel building from your lower back – super intense endings!

The vibrator surprised me with its power. The bullet goes inside a pocket nearby the entry of the sleeve and once assembled together, provides additional sensations to the sleeve. The vibrator has 10 settings easily controlled with the button at the base. Although I am not a big fan of vibrating sleeves, I found a couple of patterns I enjoyed during playtime (patterns 5, 7, and 9).

The moaning part is maybe my least favorite part – but not because of the moans. Unlike most moaning toys, the sounds used in Paloqueth’s toy are more Western than Asian and the loop is long enough to not becoming annoying after a couple of seconds. It is easily turned on and off with a single press of the button at the base. My only complaint is that there is no way to control the moaning volume, which I found a little bit too loud for use in my apartment with the typical thin walls found in apartments all over  NYC.

As an unit, the toy works better than I expected. The vibration complements the realistic texture and once you find your favorite pattern, you will get epic sessions from this sleeve. Personally, I found the moaning too loud, but I liked to turn it on when I was close to cum, making the experience more realistic and entertaining.

It fits perfectly in your hand!

Cleaning the toy is easy, although you need to be careful when removing the bullet from the sleeve. The thin cable connecting the vibrator with the control button is pretty thin and short, so it is easy to break. Once you remove the sleeve, just follow your usual cleaning routine for closed ended toys. Wipe any fluid from the inside of the case with a paper towel or napkin and you will be fine.

Verdict

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the results I got from the Moaning Sleeve. This is a toy you should consider to add to your collection.
