Believe it or not, I am alive!

Yes, I know I had been away for way too long. My last post was a year and a few months ago – not because I had forgotten the blog, but because my life has been turned upside down and inside out since my father died last year.

I do not want to bore you to death with the details, but basically my life has been a mess since my father’s passing early last year. I spent most of 2024 in Puerto Rico dealing with funeral arrangements and estate issues. During that time, I helped with my mother’s declining mental and physical health after losing her husband of 53 years (she is finally recovering), then having to move twice (soon thrice) in a year and having to give away most of my belongings (including most of my dolls and toys), my health conditions worsening due to stress, the moves, and the lack of constant healthcare. I write this in September 17, 2025, using a temporary computer since the power fluctuations in Puerto Rico fried both my laptop and my desktop computers. No Internet service due to the temporary housing situation. It has been rough since then, but we are moving forward.

As I am writing this post, I am coordinating the utilities installation for the new house and arguing with the landlord of the rental house. I am packing stuff for the impending third (and hopefully last) move in a year. As you can imagine, I am tired as fuck…

Still, life continues and my mind is finally adjusting to my new reality. Soon I should be able to finally create a testing and publishing schedule. Also, I want to celebrate the blog’s fifteenth anniversary. Do not know how will I celebrate this, but I will do it somehow!

In the meantime, I will be trying to post short clips on YouTube and Instagram. As always, I will be shooting on X and FetLife, so stay connected!
