When we think about male masturbation sleeves, the champion is Fleshlight. They are the “grandparents” of male sex toys, becoming so popular that many refer to any masturbator as a fleshlight. Still, that does not mean other companies try to dethrone the king – and one of these contenders is the Pornstars Signature Series.

This new series of toys came out in 2018, offering a selection of pornstars sleeves such as Anna Belle Peaks, Allie Haze, and others. The idea was to compete with Fleshlight, providing a similar experience, but with some twists…

To check that experience, I purchased a promotional pack – The Gangbang. This pack includes a set of 5 strokers, each one molded on a different porn star. The Gangbang includes Jessica Jaymes’ Whirlwind, Alexis Amore’s Extasy, Anna Bell Peaks’ Tata, Jayden Coles’ Tight Tulip, and Olivia Austin’s Lightning textured sleeves. If you do not recognize their names, do not worry – I had no idea who most of them were until getting this pack!

Is the Pornstar Signature Series a serious contender to the Fleshlight throne? There is only one way to find out, so LET’S GO TO THE REVIEW!

First Impressions

I have to admit the package is massive – after all, you have 5 different toys here! Inside the box – with photos of the models, the toys, textures, and the molding process! – you find the following items:

• The 5 sleeves
• A plastic case
• A collectible tin case
• A pack of lube sample
• A pack of “renewing powder”
• A storage bag
• A card to redeem a trial video subscription

As said before, there are a lot of items in this box. The sleeves caught my attention right away because three of them had piercings. Yep, pierced pussies – something I had NEVER seen on a Fleshlight. Not a game changer, but a definitive attention grabber!

The sleeves are similar in size to the Fleshlight Go with about 6.5 inches of penetrable length. This size ensures even the shorter guys (like me) are able to enjoy most of the texture. Also, the sleeves have pockets for bullet vibrators (not included)- so if you want your pussy to vibrate, just insert a bullet vibe and go to town.

Also, the case includes two design features that although gimmicky, are interesting. First, the case cap has an indenture to serve as a smartphone base. Of course the idea is to place your phone on the base to watch porn while you use the sleeve. The other idea is that the end has a “quick valve” for airflow control. Just push with your thumb to increase the airflow in one of three positions – closed, medium, or high. Still, this method is a lot easier than twisting a cap…

With all this info, I started using this set at the start of the CoVid 19 quarantine period in NYC and it basically carried me over to July… so lets talk about the textures!

Review

Anna Bell Peaks’ TATA

Anna Bell’s sleeve was the first one I tried and I have to say the Tata texture is pretty interesting. Starts very intense with a corkscrew twist then changes to some ribs and ends with a series of midsize bumps, The texture ended being a medium intensity one, perfect for some edging sessions.

Jessica Jaymes’ WHIRLWIND

Jessica’s sleeve is also pierced and the interior was something I was not expecting. Based on the picture of the texture I was not expecting much – after all the texture is a tunnel with variable width a couple of choke points here and there with small pointy bumps peppered throughout the tunnel. I was expecting a boring experience, but I received a gripping texture that basically milked my little friend. The intensity is an increasing one until it makes you cum deeply. Highly recommended!

Note: Unfortunately, Ms. Jaymes died of natural causes in September 2019 from natural causes. She was 43 at the time of her death.

Jayden Cole’s TIGHT TULIP

Jayden’s Tulip is the most plain looking texture of the pack, looking like a stretched version of the much maligned Lotus texture from Fleshlight. I was expecting a session with a smooth sleeve and I got the most draining sessions I had in a while. The Tulip is simple, but it grips your penis like a possessed soul, milking it with every stroke. The subtle design resembling karats (the faces on a diamond) caresses your penis at all times, building a strong and ball draining ejaculation. It will take time, but if you like long sessions, you should consider this sleeve!

Alexis Amore’s EXTASY

Alexis’ Extasy is the most intense texture of the pack – and it goes perfect with the temperament of this Peruvian firecracker! Olivia Austin’s LIGHTNING

The Lightning texture was the only “let down” of the pack. Is not that the texture was bad – it gives interesting sensations on the milder side of the scale – , it is simply that I could not feel the different textures in the sleeve. After a couple of days I was able to feel some of the variations, but I was almost giving out on this toy. It is a decent texture, specially with the choke points, but it is nothing special…

Verdict

Is the Pornstar Signature Series a serious contender to the Fleshlight’s reign as the main male toy? It could be a serious contender – good textures, an innovative case design, an excellent presentation and a competitive price (this pack cost me $160 and single sleeves are being sold around the $50 mark). The only problem is their marketing and distribution. Also, the roster of stars is rotated in a regular basis, so if you see a pornstar you like, you better buy it before it is “retired”.

General Score: 23 / 25

This pack has a mix of textures ranging from the very intense to the almost smooth which makes it a good starting point for someone trying masturbation sleeves for the first time. The size of the toy guarantees you will experience most of the toy if you are 4 – 5 inches erect.
